1. Make your own account at photobucket.com/.
2. Upload image files and copy the URLs that you want to use on this forum. (both in simply showing images on your post and on your avatar / signature.)
3. Go to FMJ Forum (here, LoL) and click 'profile'.
4. Click 'Modify Profile' and paste URLs which you copied on the step 2. shown above.
5. Click 'Modify Profile' button (at the bottom of the page) to save changes.
